We care about your comfort — before, during, and after every purchase. While intimatewear cannot always be returned for hygiene reasons, we keep our exchange process simple, fair, and hassle-free.
Our Hygiene Promise
Due to the intimate nature of our products, panties and any intimatewear with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged. This is non-negotiable — it protects every lilclouds customer, including you.
When You're Eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit
We accept exchange or store credit requests in the following cases:

You received a wrong product, wrong size, or wrong colour

Your item arrived damaged or defective

Your product is missing or incomplete on arrival

You wish to exchange for a different size — provided the hygiene seal and original tags are fully intact and the item is completely unworn
How to Report a Problem

Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish — showing the parcel label, packaging, and product inside

Fill out our Return & Exchange Request Form within 30 days of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear product photos

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 1-3 working days.
Exchange Conditions

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags and hygiene seals must be fully intact

You have to self-ship your order — details will be shared once your request is approved.
Refunds & Store Credit

We issue store credit only for all approved exchanges and returns

Store credit can be used on any future lilclouds purchase and never expires

Original shipping fees and COD handling charges are not included in store credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

Panties and intimatewear with opened or tampered hygiene seals

Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition

Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Quality Check
All returned items go through a strict quality control process at our end. If the product fails QC — meaning it has been worn, washed, has no tags, or has a broken seal — the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
How to Submit Your Request
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Return & Exchange Request Form only.
Requests sent via email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or any other channel will not be processed.
