 2. Who Can Shop With Us 

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are providing accurate, complete, and current information 

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout 

 3. Products & Pricing 

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible at the time of listing 

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes 

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice 

  • Product colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product 

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time 

 4. Orders & Payment 

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — a full refund will be issued in such cases 

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (subject to pincode eligibility) 

5. Shipping

 6. Returns & Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or opened items. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy page for full details. 

 7. Intellectual Property 

All content on lilclouds — including logos, product images, copy, brand name, and all creative assets — is the exclusive property of lilclouds. Nothing on this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from us. 

 8. Limitation of Liability 

lilclouds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. 

 9. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
