 Where We Ship 

Across India — all major cities, tier 2 and tier 3 towns, and most pincodes. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability in your area. 

 Order Processing 

During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated.

Tracking Your Order 

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Track your order in real time — no guessing, no waiting in the dark. 

 Cash On Delivery 

We offer Cash on Delivery across India for your convenience - with no extra fee. 

Details: 

• Available Pan-India on all eligible products. 
  
  
• Minimum order value: Rs 399. 
  
  
• You'll receive a quick OTP confirmation before dispatch to verify your order.
  
  
• Pay at delivery by cash, UPI, or net banking - whichever is most convenient. 
  
  
• COD orders once confirmed via OT cannot be cancelled while in transit. 
  
  
• Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may lose COD eligibility temporarily. 

Shipping Charges 

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs 499. 
  
  
• For orders below Rs499, a small  Rs49 delivery fee applies. 

Failed Deliveries 

If a parcel cannot be delivered after two attempts or is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply. 

Service Areas 

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping will be available soon. 

Delays & Exceptions 

Some things are outside our control — public holidays, extreme weather, courier disruptions in remote areas, or peak sale periods. If your order is delayed, we will proactively notify you and work with our courier partner to resolve it as fast as possible. 

Delivered But Not Received? 

If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, contact us within 48 hours at contact.lilclouds@gmail.com. We will investigate immediately and resolve it for you. 

Wrong Address? 

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Lilclouds cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — if it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll fix it.
